1. How this notice fits together

This notice describes the current SyavaTech website and Syava Studio Translator free trial. The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Dubrovin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, trading as SyavaTech, at Lobody Street, building 9, apartment 71, Karaganda 100000, Republic of Kazakhstan. Registration notice: KZ78UWQ06609239. Effective date: 3 October 2026.

2. Controller

For support, privacy requests and legal questions, use the contact options at https://syavatech.com/contact, WhatsApp at WhatsApp, or write to Individual Entrepreneur Dubrovin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich at Lobody Street, building 9, apartment 71, Karaganda 100000, Republic of Kazakhstan. Public telephone: +7 701 759 0656. The website contact form is disabled; no response-time guarantee is made.

3. The website at this address

The website is a static site. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, fingerprinting or embedded third-party widgets, and it does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.

Language preference cookie: when you explicitly choose a language, the website sets one functional first-party cookie named syavatech_locale. It stores only the language code (for example “en”, “ru”, “es”, “pt-br”, “de”, “ja” or “kk”), contains no identifier, is not used for tracking or advertising, is limited to this website, and expires after 12 months. It exists only to remember a choice you made, so no consent banner is shown. You can delete it at any time in your browser.

Server logs: our hosting provider (Hoster.kz) may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and referrer to deliver and protect the website. Retention: only as needed for delivery, security, incident investigation and applicable legal duties.

3a. Choosing the language

The website does not redirect you automatically and does not use your IP address or country to decide the language. Every language has its own address: English at https://syavatech.com/ and the other languages under /ru, /es, /pt-br, /de, /ja and /kk. Opening one of those addresses always shows that language.

You choose the language yourself with the language selector. When you do, the choice is stored in the syavatech_locale cookie described above and is reused the next time you visit, across the whole https://syavatech.com website.

4. Contact form and messages

The contact form is disabled and sends no submitted data. If you contact us by telephone, post or WhatsApp, we use the details you provide to respond and handle your request. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or unnecessary sensitive information. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms to that service.

5. The product: your browser session

The Windows application works through your authenticated Chrome session with YouTube Studio and processes the titles, descriptions, subtitle text and target languages you select. It does not use the YouTube Data API or OAuth access and does not collect your YouTube credentials. Translation Memory, Glossary and application settings are stored locally. Where you select a third-party translation route, the selected text is sent to that provider; review its privacy terms, processing locations and retention before sending content. These provider routes are separate from this static website.

6. Purchases

Current website and trial processing is described above. Public paid checkout and production licence processing are not enabled. After a separately approved paid launch, Paddle will process the purchase as reseller/Merchant of Record under its applicable terms and privacy notice; SyavaTech will process the licence data needed for fulfilment, device access, refunds and service security. These are separate from local desktop content and from any translation provider you choose.

7. Your rights and everything else

We use contact information to answer requested enquiries and support requests, protect services and meet legal duties. Depending on the law, the basis is your consent where required, steps requested by you, contract performance, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest where permitted. Contacts are retained only while needed to handle the request and any applicable legal record or claim period; hosting logs only while needed for delivery, security, incident investigation or a legal duty. We use proportionate safeguards and limit access. Local application data remain under your control; third-party providers apply their disclosed retention and international-transfer arrangements. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, withdraw consent and complain to a competent data-protection authority through the contact options above. Mandatory rights and deadlines apply.

Planned paid purchases and data

Planned License API records include Paddle transaction/customer/product/price IDs; status, amount and timestamps; licence ID, keyed verifier/hash, suffix, status and expiry; purchase-session verifier and temporary encrypted delivery data; random installation UUID, device-token verifier, activation status and last-seen time; webhook event IDs and hashes; and sanitized audit, security and rate-limit data. Hosting may process technical request/IP data to deliver and protect the service; rate-limit storage uses derived identifiers. Payment identifiers are not payment-card details.

SyavaTech does not receive full card details from Paddle. The current licence database stores verifiers rather than reusable plaintext licence keys or device tokens, and does not intentionally store hardware fingerprints or customer email. Temporary encrypted delivery and the locally protected token/cache are separate. Access is restricted to service operation and authorized assistance. Operational retention and its present limitations are described below; Paddle controls its own separate records.

Your YouTube browser session, Translation Memory, Glossary/dictionary, settings and ordinary working data remain local under the current desktop architecture. Selected text may be sent to a translation provider you choose, under that provider's terms. Paid activation uses the licence and installation data described here; it does not upload your YouTube password or ordinary content to the License API.

The approved retention policy for a future paid launch is the active licence period plus up to 24 months after expiry, revocation, refund or another terminal state for purchase, licence, activation, webhook and audit records; review and support cases use up to 24 months after closure. Legal, accounting, dispute, fraud and security preservation may require longer. The current backend has no scheduled deletion or anonymization for these records; the policy periods are not an existing automatic-deletion guarantee. Safe cleanup and case-handling procedures must be completed before paid processing opens. Rate counters are normally pruned when requests arrive, roughly 2–3 minutes after their minute bucket; idle storage has no timed sweep. A 30-day counter maximum and a 90-day security/access-log maximum are policy targets, not verified current limits for hosting logs or idle records.

A purchase session is valid for 30 minutes from creation; completing payment does not extend that deadline. Encrypted delivery is cleared after a successful one-time reveal. An expired session cannot deliver a key; its encrypted delivery is cleared when that session is checked or a later session is created. There is no independent scheduled sweep, so physical removal exactly at 30 minutes is not guaranteed during inactivity. Session identifiers, verifiers, status and timestamps remain as operational evidence. A consumed key cannot be reconstructed from a one-way verifier.

Private disaster-recovery backups are encrypted. Rotation retains up to 7 daily and 4 weekly generations when the backup job runs; this is not a guaranteed calendar deletion deadline if the job stops. Data removed from live storage may remain in encrypted generations until rotation. Restoration must be reconciled with current expiry, refund and revocation state before access can reopen; immediate deletion from every backup copy is not promised.

You may request information/access, correction, deletion where applicable, and other rights under applicable law through the verified contact route. Handling may be manual, with proportionate purchase/receipt/provider verification. Do not send full card data, passwords, MFA codes, device tokens or a full licence key. Legal/accounting duties, active claims, fraud/security preservation, transaction integrity and one-way verifier limitations may affect the response. No self-service export or recovery portal is offered.

The selected production hosting environment is in Kazakhstan. Paddle processes buyer/payment data through its own international entities and service providers under its separate terms. Its current privacy notice describes applicable transfer safeguards, including UK/EEA arrangements: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. A safeguard described there is not a claim that one mechanism covers every jurisdiction or every seller-side transfer. Desktop-local YouTube sessions, translation memory and glossary data are not sent to Paddle by licence activation. Additional seller-side legal requirements must be reviewed where applicable.

Primary support, privacy and refund contact: support@syavatech.com. The business owner/operator handles requests; no response-time SLA is promised. This mailbox has passed an external incoming-message and outgoing-reply delivery test. Other mailboxes marked pending are not verified, and the disabled form sends nothing.
