Website Terms of Use
1. Who we are and acceptance
Syava Studio Translator is developed by Individual Entrepreneur Dubrovin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, trading as SyavaTech, established in Republic of Kazakhstan (registered address: Lobody Street, building 9, apartment 71, Karaganda 100000, Republic of Kazakhstan; registration number: KZ78UWQ06609239) (“we”, “us”).
You must have the legal capacity and any permission required by applicable law to use the software. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
Nothing in this document limits or excludes any rights you have that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the consumer-protection or other mandatory laws that apply to you.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity and any permission required by applicable law to use the software. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
3. The product
Syava Studio Translator is a software tool for YouTube creators that helps translate YouTube video titles, descriptions and subtitles into multiple languages. It works through your own authenticated Chrome browser session with YouTube Studio. It does not use the YouTube Data API or OAuth access and does not collect or store your YouTube credentials.
Features are described on the website. Features described as “roadmap” or “not available yet” are not part of the product until released.
4. Licence and payment relationship
The current public Windows release remains a free local trial: 3 distinct videos × up to 20 distinct target languages per admitted video, with no day-based limit. Reopening an admitted video does not consume another video slot. This is not a Paddle trial. Planned initial paid offer: USD 79.00 (US$79), including applicable taxes, as a one-time payment for a 365-day software licence. The licence allows a maximum of two active device registrations. No subscription or automatic renewal. Public sales and checkout are not open yet. Renewal and self-service recovery will not be available at initial launch. Paddle is the selected provider for the planned paid checkout. Verification and integration are in progress; payments remain disabled. This is not a statement of Paddle approval.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your YouTube account, for the content you publish and for reviewing translations before relying on them. You must comply with YouTube’s and Google’s terms and policies that apply to your account and content.
Automated translation can contain errors. You remain responsible for what is published on your channel.
5a. Content and permissions
Use the product only with accounts, channels and content you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for your use and for complying with applicable law and third-party terms. Do not use the product for unauthorized access or unlawful downloading, ripping, scraping, extraction, copying, mirroring, cloning, redistribution or re-uploading of protected third-party content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the product or website to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, or content that violates YouTube’s policies;
- send spam, create fake engagement or manipulate views, likes, subscribers or comments;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else’s;
- resell, sublicense or share licence access except as the EULA allows;
- circumvent licence checks or security measures.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms or the EULA, if required by law, or to protect users or our systems. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the product at any time.
What happens to a paid licence on termination is set out in the EULA and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The product, website and their content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your content and your translations remain yours; you give us no rights in them beyond what is needed to provide the product to you.
9. Third-party platforms and independence
Syava Studio Translator works with third-party platforms, including YouTube and Google Chrome, which we do not control. Their availability, terms and interfaces can change and may affect how the product works.
Syava Studio Translator is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube and Google trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Authorization to manage content does not by itself grant permission for automated access to a platform. You must also comply with the platform rules applicable to your use; this product does not confer an exemption from them.
10. Disclaimers
We provide the product with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every future change to third-party platforms, or that translations will be free of errors.
Nothing in this document limits or excludes any rights you have that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the consumer-protection or other mandatory laws that apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
Responsibility and remedies are determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms impose no unlimited indemnity on you and no zero-payment liability cap for the free trial.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect; they do not reduce rights under a licence you have already paid for.
13. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your country. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Consumers retain any right to use their local courts or complain to a competent authority; contacting us first does not make those rights conditional.
14. Contact
For support, privacy requests and legal questions, use the contact options at https://syavatech.com/contact, WhatsApp at WhatsApp, or write to Individual Entrepreneur Dubrovin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich at Lobody Street, building 9, apartment 71, Karaganda 100000, Republic of Kazakhstan. Public telephone: +7 701 759 0656. The website contact form is disabled; no response-time guarantee is made.
15. Packaged software scope
The current offering on this website is pre-written downloadable Windows software. The planned Paddle purchase grants a licence for Syava Studio Translator. Product support concerns use of the packaged application.
Planned paid licence and activation
Planned initial paid offer: USD 79.00 (US$79), including applicable taxes, as a one-time payment for a 365-day software licence. The licence allows a maximum of two active device registrations. No subscription or automatic renewal. Public sales and checkout are not open yet. Renewal and self-service recovery will not be available at initial launch.
Paddle is the selected provider for the planned paid checkout. Verification and integration are in progress; payments remain disabled. This is not a statement of Paddle approval.
The following paid conditions apply only after a separately approved paid launch and confirmed completed payment. The licence runs for exactly 365 UTC days from that payment, not from installation or activation. Online activation and refresh are required. At most 2 device registrations may be active; normal deactivation frees a slot. No additional simultaneous-session restriction is imposed. A signed offline lease lasts up to 7 days and never beyond the exact licence expiry; a temporary outage preserves an otherwise valid lease. A terminal online response (expired, revoked, suspended or inactive) denies paid access. An offline device learns about revocation on reconnect or at lease expiry, not instantly. Expiry or revocation does not delete ordinary local user data.
Use is allowed for legitimate personal, professional, company, employer, client, team or rightsholder work on videos you own or are authorized to manage, through your own authenticated YouTube Studio session. The two-device limit is a technical registration limit, not a grant of two user seats. The software is not a downloader, ripper or tool for piracy, unauthorized copying or re-uploading. It is independent of YouTube/Google and has no official platform approval or certification.
A paid licence belongs to one purchaser: an individual or one organization. An organization may authorize its employees, owners, officers and contractors or client-team members genuinely acting for it to use the same licence within the shared maximum of 2 active device registrations. This grants neither two seats nor two independent licences nor an extra concurrency entitlement. Permission to manage a video does not itself permit use of another purchaser’s licence. An independent contractor or a person acting for a different organization needs their own licence unless using the licence of the organization they are currently authorized to represent.
Resale, transfer of the licence grant to an unrelated purchaser, and sale or assignment of the licence key are prohibited, subject to mandatory applicable law. The same licenceholder may reassign use among authorized personnel and devices through normal deactivation and reactivation within the same two-device limit. Exceptional ownership transfers require separate case-by-case support review and authority; they are not a promised entitlement.
Deactivate an accessible device normally to free a slot. For an unavailable or lost device, contact support for assistance and purchaser-authorization review. There is no public self-service recovery, automatic remote reset or guaranteed support reset. No replacement key is promised through ordinary email or chat.
Purchasers and users must have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement. Where capacity is lacking, purchase or use must be through an authorized adult or organization where applicable law permits. There is no universal numeric age rule. No lifetime updates, perpetual compatibility, guaranteed future YouTube/browser/service compatibility, permanent licence-service availability or response-time guarantee is promised. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
