Illustration

Example languages — not a list of supported languages.

Illustration: a YouTube video with English as the source language. Spanish, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Arabic and Hindi are selected as target languages; French is left out because it is already published. Titles, descriptions and subtitles are included. Translate All starts one run, overall progress moves through the content stages, a Translation Memory match is reused, and every selected language ends complete. Pause and stop stay available during the run.

The manual way

Publishing in more languages should not mean repeating the same YouTube Studio work.

None of these steps is hard. Doing all of them again for every language, on every video, is what adds up.

  1. 01The same screens, again

Open the video’s languages in YouTube Studio, add one, save — then do it again for the next language.

  2. 02Titles, one field at a time

Paste and adjust the title separately for each language you publish in.

  3. 03Descriptions, all over again

Long descriptions go through the same copy, translate, paste and check loop per language.

  4. 04Subtitles as a separate job

Subtitles often live in a different step, so they are handled on their own schedule.

  5. 05What is already published?

Across many languages it is easy to lose track of what is done, what is missing and what already exists.

  6. 06Translating text you already translated

Recurring lines — intros, calls to action, sign-offs — get translated from scratch every time.

Sounds familiar? That repetition is exactly what Syava Studio Translator is built to take over.

Before / After

Same video, same languages. A very different amount of work.

An example with one YouTube video, three content fields and five target languages.

Manual in YouTube Studio

Every field, every language, by hand

3 fields × 5 languages = 15 separate manual edits for this one video — plus switching languages in between.

  1. Switch to the next language
  2. Paste and fix the title
  3. Paste and fix the description
  4. Handle the subtitles
  5. Remember what is already published
  6. Repeat — including lines translated before

With Syava Studio Translator

One organized run

  • Complete
  • TMReused from Translation Memory
  • FR · Already published — skipped

Choose the languages once, press Translate All, follow progress — one run covers all 15 edits.

  1. 1Target languages chosen once — already-published ones left out
  2. 2Titles, descriptions and subtitles together
  3. 3Translate All starts the run
  4. 4Overall progress, with pause or stop
  5. 5Safe matches reused from Translation Memory
  6. 6Every selected language complete

Illustrative example. Real work depends on your videos and languages.

What you get

Built around the outcomes YouTube creators actually need.

  • Localize the YouTube content that matters

Titles, descriptions and subtitles are handled together, so a video is localized as a whole — not field by field.

    • Titles and descriptions
    • Subtitles
  • Start everything with one action

Translate All launches the full multi-stage run across your selected content and languages.

    • Translate All
  • Work across many languages at once

Several target languages in one run. You choose which ones; translations that are already published can be left out.

    • Many languages in one run
    • Include or leave out languages
  • Keep your terms consistent

Your Glossary holds your preferred terminology — names, brands, channel, game or product names and recurring terms — so they are translated or kept exactly the way you decided.

    • Glossary
  • Don’t translate the same text twice

Translation Memory reuses text you have already translated when a safe match exists, instead of translating it again. Not every text will have a match.

    • Translation Memory
  • Stay in control

See overall progress while the run works, pause or stop it whenever you need, all inside your own browser session.

Control and confidence

Automation that keeps you in charge.

  • Your account stays yours

Everything runs in the YouTube Studio session you are already signed in to. Credentials are never collected, stored or transmitted.

  • You decide the scope

Only the languages and content you select are part of a run.

  • Pause or stop at any stage

A run does not have to go all the way through — pause or stop the translation process when you need to.

  • Progress you can see

Overall progress and status are visible while the run works.

  • No API access required

No YouTube Data API, no OAuth tokens, no server holding your channel access.

  • Honest about platform changes

YouTube Studio changes over time and can affect browser automation. Maintenance is part of the licence.

Try before you buy

A real trial, counted in work — not in days.

Try Syava Studio Translator with videos you are authorized to manage. The trial is measured in what you actually do, so it does not expire while you are busy.

  • Trial video 2Reopened · same slot

  • Trial video 3

  • Reopening the same trial video does not use another video slot, and retrying a language you already started does not use another language slot.
  • The trial is usage-based: the same video can keep adding new languages until it reaches 20.

Questions before you decide

Product11

Is Syava Studio Translator made for YouTube?

Yes. It is built for creators who publish on YouTube and want their video titles, descriptions and subtitles in more languages. It works through your own YouTube Studio session in Chrome. It is an independent product by SyavaTech and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

What does Syava Studio Translator do?

It automates the localisation of YouTube video titles, descriptions and subtitles across languages, operating through a Chrome browser session where you are already signed in to YouTube Studio.

Does it download or copy YouTube videos or subtitles?

No. It is not a downloader, subtitle ripper or content-copying tool. It localizes titles, descriptions and subtitles through your authenticated YouTube Studio session for videos you own or are authorized to manage.

What is the Glossary?

Your list of preferred terminology — names, brands, channel, game or product names and recurring terms — so they are translated (or kept) the way you want, consistently.

What is the difference between Glossary and Translation Memory?

The Glossary is terminology you decide on: specific terms are kept consistent. Translation Memory is reuse: when text you already translated comes up again and the match is safe to reuse, the saved translation is used instead of translating it again. Not every text will have a match.

What is Translation Memory?

It keeps translations you already have. When the same text comes up again and the match is safe to reuse, the saved translation is used instead of translating it again. Not every text will have a match.

Can I pause or stop a run once it has started?

Yes. You can pause or stop the translation process during a run.

Can languages that are already published be skipped?

Yes. You choose the target languages for a run, and translations that are already published can be left out where applicable.

Does it use the YouTube Data API?

No. Syava Studio Translator operates through an authenticated Chrome browser session and does not use the YouTube Data API or OAuth API access.

Does it collect my YouTube credentials?

No. The product never collects, stores or transmits YouTube credentials. All actions are performed within your own authenticated browser session.

Which languages are supported?

Choose from the target languages available in your YouTube Studio workflow. The languages illustrated here are examples.

Licence & payment4

Is it available now?

Free trial: 3 distinct YouTube videos, up to 20 distinct target languages per trial video. Usage-based, not time-limited. Paid licensing is not available yet.

What does the planned 365-day licence include?

Syava Studio Translator is pre-written downloadable Windows software, installed on your computer to localize titles, descriptions and subtitles in your own authenticated YouTube Studio session. The planned licence sold through Paddle is for this software product only; it does not include custom software development, consulting, IT services, or other human services. Planned initial paid offer: USD 79.00 (US$79), including applicable taxes, as a one-time payment for a 365-day software licence. The licence allows a maximum of two active device registrations. No subscription or automatic renewal. Public sales and checkout are not open yet. Renewal and self-service recovery will not be available at initial launch. The following paid conditions apply only after a separately approved paid launch and confirmed completed payment. The licence runs for exactly 365 UTC days from that payment, not from installation or activation. Online activation and refresh are required. At most 2 device registrations may be active; normal deactivation frees a slot. No additional simultaneous-session restriction is imposed. A signed offline lease lasts up to 7 days and never beyond the exact licence expiry; a temporary outage preserves an otherwise valid lease. A terminal online response (expired, revoked, suspended or inactive) denies paid access. An offline device learns about revocation on reconnect or at lease expiry, not instantly. Expiry or revocation does not delete ordinary local user data. A paid licence belongs to one purchaser: an individual or one organization. An organization may authorize its employees, owners, officers and contractors or client-team members genuinely acting for it to use the same licence within the shared maximum of 2 active device registrations. This grants neither two seats nor two independent licences nor an extra concurrency entitlement. Permission to manage a video does not itself permit use of another purchaser’s licence. An independent contractor or a person acting for a different organization needs their own licence unless using the licence of the organization they are currently authorized to represent. Deactivate an accessible device normally to free a slot. For an unavailable or lost device, contact support for assistance and purchaser-authorization review. There is no public self-service recovery, automatic remote reset or guaranteed support reset. No replacement key is promised through ordinary email or chat.

Will renewal or self-service recovery be available at launch?

Renewal and self-service recovery are unavailable at initial launch. There is no automatic charge at expiry.

Does the licence renew automatically?

Renewal and self-service recovery are unavailable at initial launch. There is no automatic charge at expiry.
